Joy runs Napa Wine Tours By Joy as a women-owned, locally owned service serving Napa Valley and Sonoma County since 2012. She built the business around one idea: the person who books your winery tastings should also be the person who gets you there and back safely.

Joy works alongside Buzz, George, Vincent, Jim, and Judy. Between them they know the wineries, the appellations, and the back roads that GPS often gets wrong. Buzz, for example, can navigate every winery without a map, and that local knowledge shows up in every itinerary.

Drive Your Car or Ours

Some people want to keep their own car in the lineup, and some would rather not think about wheels at all. Both work. Choose what fits your group, then let us handle the driving.

We Drive Your Car

Keep your own vehicle. Our licensed, insured driver takes the wheel for the whole day, from $50/hr with a 6-hour minimum.

Door-to-door pickup and drop-off included. Groups of up to six have ridden comfortably in their own car.

We Bring the Vehicle

No car to bring? We provide the vehicle and the driver, sized for your group.

Pickup and drop-off are arranged around your hotel or home, so the day starts when you're ready.

How Booking Your Wine Country Day Works

Booking a private wine tour with Joy takes one phone call. From there, Joy and her team handle the planning, the winery reservations, and the driving, so you can focus on the pours.

    Tell us your dates, your group size, and the wineries on your wish list. Couples, small groups, and bachelorette parties all start the same way.

    Joy builds your itinerary

    Joy plans the route, pacing, and tasting stops around your taste, then books every winery reservation so nothing is left to chance.

    Choose how you want to travel

    Pick We Drive Your Car, or we bring the vehicle. We arrange door-to-door pickup from your hotel or home.

    Enjoy the day, we handle the driving

    Our licensed, insured driver takes the wheel between every stop, and drops you back at your door at the end of the day.
